Purchased a '07 BMW 530i from Brian Nejad at CIT Motors, last month, and am very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Brian and his assistant, Johnny.

Brian made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and offered various contacts to establish new auto insurance, warranty needs, and maintenance concerns.

CIT will not try to" sell up" a car, as the vehicles on the lot sell themselves. Johnny was very professional and patient when working alone, and allowed me to test drive all the cars I was interested in, until I decided on the right fit.

I will return to CIT in the future, and recommend anyone looking for a car to visit Brian. CIT's quality cars have to pass inspection before selling to a customer, and the cars come from dealerships, not auction.

Purchasing a 'previously owned vehicle' is always a bit nerve-racking. Questions on the vehicle history, prior owner(s), service/maintenance records, etc. can become overwhelming.

So rather than scraping at the bottom of the barrel it's best to start near the top. Bottom line: you don't want to end up with a lemon.

Brian and his team at CIT Motors are at the top of their game. They are honest, straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. Brian knows his inventory inside and out. He provided me a detailed CarFax history and all the maintenance paperwork on the vehicle.

His inventory is very nice, clean and well maintained.

Picked a vehicle to test drive and could've test drove more if I chose to. Never at all did I feel pressured or cornered into purchasing... or made to feel rushed. Quite the contrary, Brian let me take all the time I needed.

I called Brian to setup an appointment and when I showed up, the vehicle was already out, clean, and ready to go.

Even when we were beginning the paperwork (which is a lot), I was on the fence between two vehicles and he was so patient and accommodating with whatever my decision was. The business transaction was painless and enjoyable.

Brian and his staff are very professional, respectful and they treat you like equals. He gave me a follow-up call a week later to see if I had any issues with the purchase. A follow-up call may seem like an obvious customer-service "to do" protocol, but you'd be surprised by how many service-oriented businesses don't.

I highly recommend visiting Brian and CIT Motors. He has a wealth of knowledge about cars. He keeps a high criteria of the vehicles he sells.

I will definitely return to CIT Motors when I'm in the market again.

Recommend this dealership greatly! I purchased my clk 500 over 3 weeks ago and love this car. Sticking to the review, Brian discounted the vehicles price not once but twice shortly after a banks approval with the already discounted price just for my satisfaction. Quick financing made possible along with great customer service and fight on my behalf to get me the. Best interest rate possible by selling me to multiple banks! Not once did I negotiate price nor Apr since Brian made it clear it was clear his job was to handle my every need and offered to purchase food while doing so. After relentlessly searching for 9 days across the country using various car sites for a replacement SUV, I found my Mercedes ML 350 at CIT Motors. I spoke with Brian via telephone and we negotiated a great deal for this 2003 vehicle with only 32,205 miles!

Understand that I reside some 2200 miles away from Sherman Oaks, Ca. and did not test drive or see Brian or see the vehicle in person. Our business was totally conducted through trust, honesty, mutual respect and prayer.

Brian arranged the transportation, saving me nearly 50% of the cost if I were to ship this vehicle on my own and followed thru by communicating with me daily until the vehicle was delivered. Brian described this vehicle perfectly as I watched it being unloaded and once I sat behind the steering wheel I knew this was the Blessing I'd been praying for.

My wife and I immediately hit the road and took a 60 mile drive and enjoyed every second admiring our beautiful new ML. The interior, flawless,,, every button, knob, switch, light and all systems function perfectly including great tires and slick paint.

Just bought my first used car and I couldn't be more pleased. I found the car I wanted on the CIT website which they keep really updated and tons of photos. Every bit of information I could have wanted was included on it. I found Brian and the others who work there so accommodating with loads of integrity. Without me even asking, he immediately showed me where the car had a small ding I would have never noticed. They do a huge inspection themselves in addition to carfax and gave me copies of both. Brian helped me get an interest rate I didn't think was possible for a used vehicle and also referred me to his insurance agent and a source at the DMV since I had some questions relocating from out of state. He knows everyone and can really help you get the best deal. I am very confident in my purchase. I will definitely visit CIT in the future and send friends and family to him. Surprisingly, CIT Motors offered the best prices as well as choices. We walked in on a Saturday morning. We were immediately greeted by Brian , who kindly showed us around. The thing I was most impressed by was the way he LISTENED to what we had to say, and catered to our needs as customers. We don't like being smothered or feel pressured when dealing with sales reps. But Brian was not like your stereotypical "pushy" or "impatient" car sales person. He made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in, until we drove off the lot with our new car! I've been hunting for a deal on a 2005 - 2007 Mercedes SLK55 AMG, black/black for just about a year.
I live in Bend, Oregon, and have been scouring the US for this car.

I came across a beautiful 2005 at CIT motors, and contacted Brian.
He assured me the car was in pristine condition, so I secured plane tickets in order to fly down and view/test drive the car.
It was everything Brian said it was.

We quickly negotiated the transaction, and Brian arranged to have the car shipped to Oregon for me.
Brian's assistant then drove me back to the airport- he was the nicest guy, we had a great conversation along the way.
The car was bought and paid for, so Brian could have simply not given me or the car a second thought...
However!

That evening, Brian covered the car with the custom cover, photographed it and texted me the photos, letting me know the car was being taken care of. (It was supposed to rain that night).
How many car dealers would go to that length, after the sale, because it was going to rain!?! lol

Brian then proceeded to stay in contact with me during the shipping process, to make sure everything was going smoothly for me.

To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about purchasing such a car from a dealer so far away, but after all the personal care and attention Brian and his assistant gave me, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and I enthusiastically recommend CIT Motors if you're looking to purchase a car.
I'm so sold on CIT, that I extend an open invitation to contact me personally for a verbal testimonial.

These guys are great. I was shopping around for a 2006 BMW 325I and had gone to so many lots where they advertised this car as being in "immaculate" condition and sadly I was disappointed every single time.. I spent months looking for the right car in acceptable condition. I finally found one on C.I.T's lot and it was absolutely perfect! As a matter of fact, they had other cars there that made me almost change my mind about what I wanted to buy - there were a lot of great cars to choose from. Brian, the owner, was so kind and sincere and up front about pricing, financing and he even recommended good, inexpensive places to get service after the sale.. I was stunned. Where can you find service like that these days - it's almost impossible! Everyone working there was so kind and considerate - I'm the first one to walk when a salesman starts to push anything on me, but I never got that from these guys.. They let me take my time, showed me some options and I ended up with the best deal I could have imagined on the car I wanted. If you don't have the money to spend on "flash" and want to drive a car that looks like you do, this is the place to go. In this economy, you can drive a luxury car in excellent condition at a price you can afford if you buy from this place. I can't say enough good things about C.I.T - I'll definitely buy from them again.

First, let me encourage you to read "Dealer Information". It's not hype! It's actually a very accurate and honest description of how you will be treated should you purchase a vehicle from CIT Motors.
Second, I am not a relative or best friend of this dealership. However, I do now, consider Brian a friend. Buying a used vehicle is always filled with anxiety and fear of being taken advantage of but Brian is a man who stands by his word.
In my case, Brian not only addressed and satisfied my every concern with the vehicle I purchased, he did so at his own financial cost. And this was AFTER the "AS IS" purchase was finalized.
I am beyond satisfied with CIT Motors, who 'IS' Brian. My next visit to Sherman Oaks, will be to take this man to lunch. Oh! And yes! I recommend CIT Motors, (Brian) to anyone who wishes to buy with peace of mind.

I purchased a MB ML350 from Brian without even test driving the vehicle. CIT Motors has cars I only dreamed about owning that is, until one day I was walking the dogs and and a blue Boxster caught my eye. I took the dogs home and walked back there to check it out. I fell in love with everything about it from the mileage, maintenance, to the sticker price. Brian the President there was honest with me from the very beginning. After I found a Volvo S40 I was looking for and talking with Brian, I decided to drive all way from San Diego to get it. Everything went so smooth, I couldn't almost believe it. I loved a car almost one month. Every day I was thanking Brian for the deal and especially his help with financing it. Anyhow, on the 27-th day I've totaled it. Thanks to Volvo, I didn't have even one scratch after hitting MB ML350.

Thanks to Brian, he suggested to include an umbrella insurance and it didn't cost me nothing to get my totaled S40 paid.

So, I needed a new car. Brian was able to find me in 7 days the same car Volvo S40 (color, trim, condition) and finance it again all while I had a rental.
